Belt conveyor trippers for wooden chip were dispatched to Thailand

Last week(11th December),circular vibrating screen,belt conveyor with tripper designed for wooden chip production line were loaded to containers to be delivered from Qingdao Port to Bangkok PAT Port,all equipment will arrive with client after 10 days’ sailing.

 

Circular vibrating screen is used to separate wooden chip size larger than 50mm,and stone size smaller than 4mm.While the belt conveyor with tripper of width 1000mm and 650mm ,length 25m and 42m will be placed on the warehouse top in order to convey wooden chip to achieve the fully utilization of warehouse storage.

 

Besides,metal detector,permanent magnet and drum separator are also required by client,the permanent magnet which will be installed at the feeding end aiming at preventing materials from metals,metal detector and drum separator are used for the purpose of eliminating the metal in the production line.

Deliver Conveyor Rainproof Cover to Madagascar

Last week, more than 600 pieces conveyor rainproof cover used for belt conveyor was delivered from Shanghai Port. These goods were ordered by our Madagascar customer, and they will be transported to the Toamasina port as anticipated one month.

 

According to the information offered by our customer, we provided three kinds of conveyor rainproof cover to them. One is matched with 800mm belt width conveyor, another is matched with 1000mm belt width, and the last one is matched with 1400mm belt width. Meanwhile, the quantities of conveyor rainproof conveyor are 490 pieces, 110 pieces, 40 pieces respectively. Also, they have the same thickness that is 0.8mm.

New Delivery! Copper Ore Rotary Vibrating Screens Purchased by Congo Client

The screens are applied in a joint long-term mining and mineral processing project which has recently commenced in DRC.PK Machinery engineers selected 2 units XZS-1500-1 and 1 unit XZS-1500-2 to achieve the requirement of total feeding rate 10t/h according to the data that the clients provided.

The Application and Arrangement of Mechanized Silo

There are two kinds of Mechanized silo for bulk material: agricultural silo and industrial silo. Agricultural silo is used to store food, feed and other granular or powdered materials. While industrial silo is to store coke, cement, salt, sugar and other bulk materials.
The discharging hopper is always installed at the bottom of the mechanized silo, the upstream is equipped with conveying equipment. When loading materials, the bulk materials will be lifted by the bucket elevator and then discharged into the horizontal belt conveyor, the belt conveyor conveys the bulk material to the silo. When discharging material, the bulk materials will be discharged to the downstream through the dump hopper,then conveyed by the horizontal belt conveyor to other place.

 
 

The flat shape of silo includes square, rectangle, polygon and circular, etc. When the storage material is single species or the amount is small, independent silo or a single row layout can be adopted. When storage materials has many species, silos in groups can be arranged. The total length of the cylinder silo group is generally not more than 60 meters, the total length of the square silo group is generally not more than 40 meters. Appropriate measures should be taken when there is large silo group length or wall force and complex ground situation, such as setting a expansion joint in order to eliminate the shrinkage stress of concrete and temperature stress effects, setting a settlement joint to avoid uneven settlement influence due to huge load difference from different parts of the structure itself or the bearing capacity of foundation soil have obvious differences, setting an earthquake cracks in order to reduce earthquake damage.

Advanced Technique Improvement of Gyratory Screen Mesh

In order to meet the requirement of our New Zealand clients who ordered 4 sets of gyratory screen with 2 layers, our screen mesh technique gets a further improvement.
This screen is used for sieving glass, the screen mesh design is different from previous design due to the special characteristics of material, the sealing performance of screen mesh is further improved.
Air hole buckles are embedded at the edge of screen mesh which can also achieve the fixation function to prolong the life span of gyratory screen mesh.

Last week, stainless steel screw conveyors which are designed for gelatin left PK factory and was delivered from Qingdao Harbor to the destination of Manila South Harbor.
The screw conveyors are ordered by Philippines clients, the lengths from inlet to outlet are 6m and 3m, considering the conveying material “gelatin” is used for food processing and production line, engineer suggests using stainless steel U type screw conveyor with the model of LS250.

 

After the completion of installation and trial run, there is also a pickling & passivation processing which can not only remove all kinds of oil, rust, oxide skin weld spot, but also improve the corrosion resistance performance of stainless steel greatly.

How to Clean Stainless Steel Vibrating Sieve Efficiently

Stainless steel vibration sieve will become matt if they are used for a long time, when screening materials with chemical reactions (such as corrosion) ,there would be a passivation film on the surface, it will exist steadily as a shape of the oxide in the nature. In other words, though stainless steel working conditions and oxidation are not the same, they will be oxidized in the end, this phenomenon is often called corrosion. The metal which is exposed in the corrosive environment, it will produce electro-chemical or chemical reaction on the surface of metal, even corrode. Corrosion resistance abilities of vibrating sieve passivation film are weak, due to stress caused by pitting corrosion reactions, it will generate small holes, coupled with the approach of chloridion, it will form a strong corrosive solution, which will accelerate the corrosion reaction rate, as well as the corrosion cracking inside the vibrating sieve, all of these will have a destructive effect on the surface of the stainless steel vibrating sieve.
Therefore, stainless steel surface needs cleaning and maintenance punctually, especially in the corrosive environment to ensure its beautiful surface and extend the use life. It is necessary to pay more attention to not scratch the surface during cleaning, and please avoid cleaning the surface by using liquid bleaching composition or abrasives, steel wool and abrasive stuff, in order to clean up the washing liquid, please clean it with water again after finishing scrubbing the surface.

Outing of PK International trade department had been successfully concluded

In order to further strengthen the team cohesion, alleviate the working pressure and create a positive culture atmosphere, PK Machinery organized an outdoor activity with the theme of “ free your spirit, embrace the nature” last Sunday.

 

On 18th October, staffs of PK Machinery international trade department (ITD) came to Paoma ridge, it took about 2 hours to climb up the ridge, though everyone felt very tired, we did exercise our own body and realized that we really lacked of exercise. For going down the ridge, we chose to walk down the steps, there were 2500 steps in total and every five steps marked with numbers, hence we could judge how far it was from the steps to the ridge bottom.

 

After that, we stopped near a small river and set up the barbecue bracket, prepared the meat and vegetables and immersed in barbecue. Later, rich and delicious smells filled our nostrils, we really had a good time that day.

This outing not only enriches the amateur life of PK ITD staffs, but also improves the team cooperation consciousness and relieves the working pressure, what impressed us is thateveryone need more exercise to keep a health life! With the development of scale of mine, belt conveyor has kept on towards large scale and presents features of large capacity and long distance. Belt conveyor with long distance and multi power has achieve successful research and development, it changes the single load-carrying way that is given by rollers and adopts multipoint electric drive. This method can address the traditional problems that are changing conveyor belts frequently and belt breakdown easily. Also, the successful development of this kind of belt conveyor can reduce the cost of equipment greatly. What’s more, its advantages are reducing thenumber of transshipment or fall of ore during operation and avoiding environmental pollution.

 

The successful development of belt conveyor with 1km-100km belt length, adopting multipoint electric drive which can reduce 10%-30% investment and operation cost. Silicon Carbide Rotary Vibrating Screen Site Operation Feedback from Iran Client

We were delighted to receive the feedback from Iran Client concerning the site operation of rotary vibrating screen which was ordered in the year of 2014.

The rotary vibrating screen was designed for 3~5t/h capacity of silicon carbide, the density is 2-3.2 g/cm3,water content:2~5%,material size:<1mm,as per the screening material, our engineer selected 3 units of XZ1200 rotary vibrating screen with 3 layers to meet the requirement, the material of screen mesh is SUS304,mesh size of 1st: 0.106mm, 0.075mm, 0.063mm;mesh size of 2nd unit: 0.18mm,0.15mm, 0.125mm;mesh size of 3rd unit: 0.3mm,0.25mm, 0.212mm.

 

Iran client said that they were quite pleased with the machine, both the screening efficiency and screening accuracy were higher than the vibrating screen they ever used. At the same time, we also received a site photo after the screens were installed from client, they said after being put into use, screens ran quite well as they strictly operated according to the operation manual, furthermore, they expressed that they would like to order some spare parts, such as screen frame, screen mesh ,sealing ring and bouncing ball etc. Both of us hope to cooperate again in the near future.

The Introduction of Ultra High Molecular Polyethylene Roller

► Brief introduction
Ultra high molecular polyethylene roller is an advanced product which is to substitute stainless roller, which has some disadvantages such as heavy, easy to be eroded, easy to stick with transporting material, high static electricity and others. it includes ultrahigh molecular polyethylene pipe which produced by high technology as its body, bearing seat and seal are fully rubber material made by one-time. Then, they are sealed with three layer of water-proof and dust-proof installation via labyrinth and contact method

1. Good Lubricity and not bonding, so no bonding and piling up material on the surface of the idler. Guarantee the steady operation of the belt conveyor.
2. Friction coefficient is much lower than steel, reduce the friction between the idler and belt, that reduces the driving force of the belt conveyor.

Repeat Order- Frame of Gyratory Screen was Delivered to Indonesia

On September 21st, 2015, 6 frames of gyratory screen were delivered to Jakarta port, Indonesia from Qingdao port. They will be transported to the port of destination after 10 days as planned.

 

This order is a repeat order from our Sri Lanka customer who has a plant in Indonesia and ordered PXZS1530 type gyratory screen in 2012. The machine is mainly dealt with activated carbon and its capacity is 1500kg/h.

 

Now, that gyratory screen is still running well and our customer are satisfied with our machine, so this time they buy 6 screen frames from our company. It really embodies a good business relationship between our customer and our company and realizes mutual benefit.
